Due to the concern of COVID 19 (Coronavirus), Governor Abbott announced an executive order to health care professionals to postpone non-urgent treatment until 4/21/2020. Under such circumstances, we will not be able to perform any treatment unless it’s deemed life threatening. However, I want all members of the Brilliant Smiles family to know that we are still here for you. In case of smaller emergencies, such as broken brackets, loose wire, and poky wires, please refer to instructions on our blog post on orthodontic emergencies or simply send us an email or call our office. We would be more than happy to provide instructions on how to take care of them.
For new patients, we are offering virtual consults to address orthodontic concerns for you or your family. If you would prefer an in-person consultation, please email or call us and we’ll schedule you an appointment for a later date. At Brilliant Smiles Orthodontics, the safety of our patients is of the utmost importance. We are hopeful that the Coronavirus pandemic will be resolved soon. For future updates, I encourage you to keep checking our website or our Facebook.
Due to COVID-19, we're closed except for emergencies.
Our office may be closed physically, but we're still open virtually for video calls.
